Anamaria is an Romanian Actress. She received an award called the British Academy Television Award of Best Actress during the Channel 4 Film Sex Traffic. French, German English and Romanian are all spoken fluently. Her father, who is a professor of theater in one of the top Romanian theatre schools, is theater teacher. Won the Best Female Actor of the Year in 2000 Award at the young Actor Gala Mangalia. The European Film Promotion Board named her an European Shooting Star in 2008. Palme d'Or Award at the Cannes Film Festival 2007 and two additional awards: the Cinema Prize for the French National Education System as well as the FIPRESCI Prize. Additionally, she was a part in Francis Ford Coppola's film Youth Without Youth. In 2008 she was the character Yasim anwar in the BBC Mini-Series The Last Enemy. Marinca was also a part of Oliver Hirschbiegel's Five Minutes of Heaven and the Romanian drama Boogie. She played Irma on Fury 2014 in which she portrayed an German named aunt to Emma.
